Fairmount (Also known as Fairmount Ave) is a passenger rail station on MBTA Commuter Rail's Fairmount Line[1] It is the last stop on the Fairmount Line before it joins the Franklin Line at Readville Station.
Fairmount station is officially located at Fairmount Avenue & Truman Highway in the Hyde Park section of Boston, Massachusetts, however the actual location is north of Truman Highway. Fairmount Avenue was built over the station and has pedestrian ramps leading from the southbound walkway along the bridge.
